Air Quality Testing of Compressed Air systems.

We provide a routine air quality testing service for compressed air line supplied equipment. Typically this service is provided to Paint spray shops to safe guard operators using breathing apparatus. The HSE British Standard requires by law that air testing should be carried out on a monthly basis for frequent use of equipment. Routine parameters tested and reported are: Oil, water, Carbon Dioxide and Carbon monoxide.

Occupational Exposure Limits

This service is provided to companies to safeguard the health of employees working with chemicals / hazardous substances. Under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH), employers are required to prevent or adequately control employees’ exposure to hazardous substances. We can offer this service to monitor and report on a wide range of parameters, particularly volatile substances such as organic solvents.
